The easiest way to get to the island of Krk is by car over the Krk bridge, and by plane in the airport situated close to Omišalj. You can also arrive on the island by ferry from the island of Cres (Valbiska-Merag) and from Lopar on the island of Rab (Valbiska-Lopar).

By car

Island Krk is easy reachable to all turists because of it's connection with land. Šilo is only 25 min distant from Krk bridge.

By boat

Ferryboats from all directions are sailing towards Valbiska. Valbiska is a ferry port located on a west side of the island. Ferry port Valbiska is situated 30 km by road from Šilo.

By bus

 By organized transport you can come to bus station in Krk. There are well organized bus lines with every bigger city in Croatia and

 Europe.

By plane

There is an airport Rijeka in Omišalj. It's situated 17km from Šilo.

By taxi boat

You can come to Šilo by fastboat line Crikvenica – Šilo.
